I wouldn't go as far to say the "greatest"...but, it is noticeably on point as far as songs go. I can think about that movie and immediately associate scenes with the music.
For my money, I love the "Garden State" soundtrack. The "8 Mile" soundtrack deserves a mention as well.

indeed it is. but i can honestly say i've never seen garden state.
