I saw Damageplan on that last tour. They were in New Orleans on Halloween night. One of their crew was going around the front of the pit with a bottle of whiskey and pouring it in everyone's mouth, including me. Also got four picks from Dime. He was the only celebrity death that really bummed me out.

I was there too. Sean Yseult from White Zombie got up on stage with them to close with Walk. Less than two months later he was dead.

I saw Pantera in ‘95 but would love to have also seen that Damageplan tour and especially that particular show because man did I have a thing for Sean Yseult about 10 years prior to that. But yeah, Dimebag, what a massive loss. Obviously one of the greatest ever.

Dude was playing mid concert and gunned down!
Should be a bigger deal.
