Nothing Is Real and This Is A Simulation
Mars Simula
Verruckt
Wish more people were talking about this. I think it's their best album so far. Recorded as a duo with the two brothers. Same producer Tool uses. Very deep album and the guitars sound so deep and raw! I know it's main stream but it's a great album. Please, if your a hard rock fan and need some new shite to jam. This is it! Very refreshing!

Chevelle gets a lot of appreciation here. There was a thread for the singles as they were released. Very good album with solid production too.

It looks like Kemble Walters the singer/guitarist from Aeges will be the touring bassist for the new album.

Saw this was released, but I forgot all about it. Spinning it now.

That’s awesome. I got into Aeges after seeing them open for Chevelle in 2017. Kemble is a cool dude too.
And I’ve had NIRATIAS playing nonstop all week. Can’t wait to hear the songs live.

Couple years ago I only knew a few of their songs then when I saw them at the Fillmore a couple years ago and fell in love with them. I can't think of any song they have that I hate.

The whole album is solid, still think Peach is my favorite. Love the way Sam swaps from the China to the Ride back and forth on the bridges and the solo.

I ordered a signed copy of this album, that they were offering. No idea when that is supposed to come in. The album art is legit though

Had it on repeat for the past few days.
Piistol Star and Test Test Enough could be off of a Tool album. Mother Earth, Mars Simula, Peach, and Self Destructor are just classic heavy groove Chevelle. Endlessly and Remember When are beautiful. Only song I don't really dig is Ghost & Razor. It's basically the exact same song as Door To Door Cannibals from their last album
Yall listen to this lmao. The sick breakdown in Mars Simula sounds EXACTLY like End of the Beginning by 30 Seconds To Mars

Pete may be a fan and did it as a nod to them, considering the song title. Still funny though

Pretty sure it’s this, they’re friends.

I’ve always shrugged off their Tool comparisons, but Ghost & Razor sounds like a damn Tool song. I still like it though.

This is great, I have it on repeat! Would never have known about it without this thread, so thanks for making it.
