I think Bob's is worse because I think he is really trying to sound good and still sounds like shite, but Bruce is trying his hardest to sound rough yet can belt it out if he wants.

dylan has never had a great voice, but it sounded beautiful in the nashville skyline, desire years. his voice is complete shiiiiiit now.
springsteen is a better singer. he's cheesy as hell, but i love the guy.

And the answer is Dylan. I've tried to get into his music, but I just can't. I can appreciate his influence, but he's not my cup of tea.
