And I'm not just talking about Chicago or Blood Sweat and Tears. A great horn arrangement can make a song.

I mean what is it? Is it way songs are crafted now? Is it lack of appreciation for musicianship? Does no one want to take the time for the arrangements? Just the state of music these days?
