Who's going tonight?
I was looking at set lists. Looks like the same exact set every show.
This will be tge third time I've seen him going back to 2002

I saw him last week in Orlando. Great band, some interesting new arrangements, a good amount of energy over the first set; things dragged a bit with several slow-to-mid tempo type ballads as the second set wound down. Would've liked to have heard more stuff from 1964-1968, but understand why he didn't go that route.
I wondered at one point whether the vocal thing was an affectation, like maybe he thinks the Louis Armstrong approach is cool or something … or whether his voice really is completely shot after 60 years of performing, and this is all he can get from his voice nowadays.
Anyway, it was a good show, I'm glad I went, but I wouldn't be interested in seeing him a year from now.
Enjoy the show.

I saw him about 15 years ago and it remains the worst live show I have ever seen. I would not attend the show at Saenger even if paid to go and handed free drinks.

I've never seen him, but everyone I've ever talked to who has seen him said the same.

Was it the voice? The band? The arrangements? The set list? All of the above?
For me, everything was fine except the voice–but I knew that's what he sounds like these days, so it wasn't a surprise. Every once in a while though, his voice would revert for maybe a line or so, making me think that he could sound better if he wanted to. In the end, who knows.

Brian Setzer opened and was enjoyable but Dylan was just so damned boring. His setlists are so bland and he goes out of his way to play nothing a casual fan would know. He's a living legend and all that but he has no interest in entertaining.

I wonder if any of the Jazz Fest guests might join him

He sounds like the Cookie Monster

Kinda stupid for a "casual fan" to plunk down serious bucks to see Dylan live.

Doubt it.
Dylan was on tour with my morning jacket and wilco for almost 2 months a few years ago and he never talked, let alone played with either band. I dont he even met them the whole tour.
