Just saw a post on reddit that one of the people killed on bourbon was a billy fan in town from Alabama. Sad.

He didn't sell out until the day before. People had 4 months to get them.

Ticket scalping is shitty behavior.

Don't do it.

Have some principals.

You should sell your ticket for no more than face value.

This isn’t hard.

When did he say he sold it for over face value?? You sound judgmental.

I gave away one so it all even out.

Also, The rewatch on Nugs.net only solidifies my stance that this was a premium 3 night run. Incredible diversity of sound and light over the 3 nights.

Billy is incredible and NOLA gets his best show. They should be humbled such an artist picked them for his mini fest. I hope that bullshite downtown doesn't scare him off.

NYE is Thursday next year. I plan on camping out with UPT and some wooks.

Rumor is there was a three year contact with promoter and UNO. This was the third year. Not sure it was been decided (at least not publicly) where next year will be. Personally I think UNO is too small for him. He has shows coming up the NBA/NHL size arenas. Would love him to be back but I am not counting on it

UNO is literally the perfect venue for 3 days of BMFS. Never feels too crowded, and tickets were pretty easy. There’s not a venue within 500 miles that would be better.

I am not sure booking agents, promoters, and managers are in the business of crowd feelings. Straight cash homey. But I hope it stays.

Don't get my hopes up that I will see both JRAD and BIlly on the second weekend of Jazz Fest.

Already have tickets to JRAD at the Fillmore.......
