Please add your favorite(s)
Led Zeppelin
Tea for Two
The best Zep song you've never heard....
At its core this is a Blues song
you will not like it, and your father before your father will NOT call it a Blues song...
But it is.
Leon Bridges
just close your eyes
Take me to you River
This is on another level
C.W. Stoneking - Zombie
(For advanced listeners only)
If you don't think Hendrix could play the Blues
Think Again
Do NOT Listen to this while around others
You can not handle JJ Grey
Just trust me on this one.
The best pure raw talent in the world right now.
St. Paul & the Broken Bones
ETA
I have plenty more to share, but I digress

JJ Grey and St. Paul and the Broken Bones are two of my favorite but I hesitate to call either of their music blues. Though if we're including soul/gospel/roots then I'll submit the Blind Boys of Alabama for your listening pleasure. Their version of Amazing Grace set to House of the Rising Sun is without a doubt the best rendition of Amazing Grace I've heard.

It's from the Mulennium album NYE 1999. The entire show is fantastic.
