I’m just figuring out who he was and his music is blowing my mind, small town hero, clay pigeons, if I could fly are amazing. Really all his songs are awesome!

Yeah I’ve been listening to Townes for 15 years and love him too but can’t listen to him too much. He can really bring you down. John Prine led me to Blaze Foley.

Mike Judge's Tales from the Tour Bus did an entire episode on Foley.
(I recommend the series to any music fan. First season is country and second is funk.)
