How good of a singer is he?

I saw him open for Alabama back in the early 80's and thought he was pretty solid. He's had a long and pretty successful career

Edit to add it was actually 1985 so make that mid 80's

He wasn't even the best "singer" of the Righteous Brothers. Bobby Hatfield had some pipes. He's good, not great. His baritone voice distinguishes him but not much else.

I dunno, he makes Soul and Heart's Inspiration I mean when he lays into it after Hatfield's part, he gets the panties to drop soaking wet

I never gave Bobby his due. He's got an Al Green quality to his voice.

Supposedly Bobby's parents were in the audience. Maybe they inspired him -- those high notes at the end are awesome
