From the brief clip I saw, it looked like she lip-synced. C'mon, huh? Inauguration and you can't do it live?

Yo Yo Ma actually had to play a musical instrument, which is difficult to do in the freezing cold. All Beyonce had to do was sing for 60 seconds and she couldn't even do that.
