find anything that pisses you off or hypes you up and run with it.

I remixed some stuff specifically for this years ago if you want music like k0rn, linkin park etc etc but it's all remixes in a way that creates even more energy.

I like to work out to older incubus (s.c.i.e.n.c.e, or make yourself). Also, 10 years and some sevendust.

I'm a big fan of classic rock and rap. I'll bold some of the best I workout to.

Jay Z and Linkin Park have a bunch of remixes together, I recommend all of them.

Anything by ACDC or Lil Jon's Crunk Juice album

Johnny Cash- God's Gonna cut you down
Tupac- Can't C you
Eminem- Won't Back Down/ Til I collapse

Nirvana- Smells like Teen spirit
Roscoe Dash- All the Way turned up
Seven Nation Army- White Stripes (Glitch Mob remix)
Soulja Boy- Crank That (travis Barker Remix)
Drake- Forever (Travis Barker Remix)

Rise Against- Savior
Dr. Dre- Forgot about Dre
Mann- Buzzin
Lloyd- Dedication to my Ex's
Run DMC- Walk this way
Black Sabbath- Iron man
Metallica- Enter sandman
Def Leppard- Pour some sugar on me
Aerosmith- Dude looks like a lady
Van Halen- Runnin withe the devil

Sick Puppies- Your going down
Non point- in the air tonight
I am x-ray- act the nation

skillet-monster
Limp Bizkit- Rollin
Eminem- All she wrote
Coolio-gangsta's paradise
Maino- All the Above
TI- Bring em out
Kevin Rudolph- In the city
Cypress Hill- Rock Superstar

"The Rocky 4 Soundtrack"

This x 1,000

The Training Montage is arguably the best instrumental ever produced for running.

AC/DC is very good at getting you pumped. I often listen to "Who Made Who" and "Thunder Struck" when working.
