Looking for headphones. Considering Bose Quiet Comfort. Any good advice out there?

I've got a set of audio-technica that I like pretty well, pretty comfortable, and I don't think they were very expensive.
Checked the receipt, they were 50 bucks at guitar center.

If you are in the $250 to $350 range and are looking for bluetooth noise cancelling headphones, you will see tons of comparisons between the current versions of Bose QC 35 and the Sony Sony WH-1000 - both are excellent with international flight battery life - Bose probably has the slight edge in long-term comfort and better app support for multiple devices. Sony probably has the edge if you're listening to a lot of music.
Personally, I don't care for how Bose (generally - their entire speaker line) reproduces music - if I weren't so picky, I'd probably be rocking the Bose. I've had no trouble with the 2nd iteration of the Sonys. Their first run had some reported problems with the plastic part of the headband part cracking early. Far fewer on the 2nd (I've noticed nothing like that) version and now they're on the 3rd or 4th version.
Lots of folks have jumped in at this price point, so it might pay to comparison shop at, say, Best Buy or some outfit like that when it is available.

I'm a big Sennheiser fan.
My other over the ear pair runs about $150 and sound great. Just not as comfortable to wear for a long period of time. I run in these. LINK

I also have three pairs of Sennheisers. I have a wired pair of Momentum (M2) and I bought a wireless pair of Momentums last month. I also have a pair of HD 598s. The wife has a fourth pair of PXC 550 wireless.

Good headphones but I personally prefer Sony XM3's.

I have a wired pared of Bose QC 35, but just upgraded to the Bose 700...
I love them, but I also use them a lot for phone calls... I think they are the best for both uses...
