I bought my son a Peavy electric guitar and amp from Target for Christmas. The cost? $29. I shite you not. I play it more than he does and it is more than adequate for my needs.

Oh my frick! That is impressive, sir. Amazing collection
Only person I know of with a collection like that is my ex-girlfriend's dad.

I'd like to have a wall full some day as well. These are the guitars in my house. All of the guitars along the couch and the middle red acoustic are mine. Not near as impressive, but not bad for a 22 year old.

3rd from left side?

Looks like a Martin 00-18 that Vedder and or Gossard break out for shows. But yours looks like a bigger dreadnought body than theirs. And you said "22" so cheers to you if you got that kind of scratch laying around for that guitar.

You have a whole more than I did at your age! That's a great start.

I've been collecting for a long time. I have 82 guitars in all. Like I said, I've been collecting for a long time, mostly buying from pawn shops. With the advent of the internet, you just find the deals at pawn shops anymore; they just go to google and find out the value. At one time you could pick up a guitar worth $1,200-1,500 for $400 or less; those days are gone!

Thanks for the tip.

Not quite ready for that price tag, yet. But soon.
