Beach Boys New Album

Their new album, That's Why God Made the Radio, is surprisingly really good. Brian Wilson still has some magic left.

It's on my "to listen" list. Will give it a listen. They sounded pretty good a few weeks ago on Jay Leno.

They really surprised me at Bonnaroo. Sounded great.

A lot of that is due to the fact that Brian Wilson's touring band is playing most of the instruments and filling in on some of the harder to reach vocals. His touring band (The Wondermints) is one of the best in the business. Though the Beach Boys can still sing pretty good considering their ages.

I liked Pet Sounds and some of their old stuff, but this new album just isn't doing it for me.
