Having seen most of my favorites years ago when they were in their prime, I have no desire to see most of them now. But I will say Fleetwood Mac still brings it pretty strong in concert.

Or how about they both can keep doing what they love and continue to make tons of money touring? Also, stop yelling at me.

Why....

Because they can. And people still pay for tickets. Why should they stop doing what they love and get paid for it just because tigers1956 doesn't approve?

Hell, McCartney still plays 35-40 songs a night. Definitely not someone mailing it in at his age...

They weren't bad by any means, but they just didn't have any presence live. That said, Judgement Day, who opened that show, was sick. I'm sure most Pinback fans didn't care for string metal, but I loved the hell out of it.

I was pumped when I first learned Pinback was coming to Chelsea's. I jumped up out of my chair and ran down the hall to a friend's office when I learned Judgement Day was opening for them

This is my favorite band EVER, seen them 4 times. Own most of their music.

Van. fricking. Halen.

Eddie should be arrested and charged with gross douchebaggery for kicking Michael Anthony out of the band and being such an a-hole that he ran off DLR and subsequently the Red Rocker, Sammy Hagar.

And from what I've seen and heard, his son Wolfie is turrible.

Eddie Van Halen (even though you are a guitar god).
