In the early 90's, a friend of mine from NJ was extremely tight with the Radiators. He had countless live sdbd shows that he recorded using a portable DAT recorder (Tascam or Sony). He drove a 1994 RX7 FD turbo that also had a DAT head unit so he could listen to the shows. Dude had stupid money and all the cool toys that I envied

Gonna be cool to get some clean copies of these. I got the 33rpm of Can’t Buy a Thrill coming on Nov. 4th. I bet those UHQR 45’s will sound amazing, but I went with the 33. I am curious though…

I was so excited to hear they were doing this and then found out the ridiculous price. After taxes and shipping it’s like $175. I just can’t justify that.
I so wish they would’ve just given them the standard 2lp QRP treatment like they did with The Doors, Skynyrd and others. I would’ve purchased them all in a heartbeat. I’ll be curious to hear some reviews once they start shipping out. Katy Lied is the one I may have to get anyway.
