Looking forward to D'Angelo's Black Messiah next week. I may get my first Mobile Fidelity record, Dire Straits' Brothers in Arms also.

This shite is some REAL, deep down and dirty blues. Gotta love Dupree.

Picked up a few albums:
The Jayhawks - Tomorrow the Green Grass
John Lennon - Imagine
John Lennon - Double Fantasy
The Best of the Doors
I wanted to get a good jazz album today but they were slim pickins at Good Records

Damn, just saw your post. Sorry I missed you. I was gone recommend some Yes or Alan Parsons Project if you don't already have some. Great sounding records

I've got some Alan parsons project already but no Yes albums. Definitely need to hit em up

The Yes Album, Close to the Edge and Fragile are all must haves.

+ Relayer and Going For The One.
And perhaps 1/3 of Tales.
And Yessongs, of course.
Some of the more recent stuff is not half bad, Magnification for one.

The one in my original post is great, I love it.

I wish I had been into vinyl when that Stones box was released. I'd have to take out a second mortgage to buy it now.

I have a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon that I'm happy with so far.

I just ordered This Cartridge.
It will take my vinyl to a new level. There is a 4 month back order, so maybe by mid summer I will have it up and running!

How difficult is it to install a cartridge and what tools are needed? I plan to just upgrade my turntable before I dive into cartridge upgrades but I figure it's better to learn now than later.
