Funny you ask!
I just now pulled the trigger on tickets for Dallas and Austin, so I will be driving to Dallas on Friday for the show that night, then driving to Austin the next day for the Saturday night show, then back to NOLA on Sunday.
I still need a ticket for NOLA show...didn't know if I was going to be in town or not when they went on sale, so I didn't get one. I suppose I will get a lot ticket.
It's been a while since I drove 1200 miles in 3 days to catch a few shows!

Damn son!
Yeh... i wouldn’t call myself a dead head or anything.... that being said, got drunk one day with my buddy who has caught them a few times (also prolly like 50 panic shows) and thought it would be cool to catch the show. Always listen to the music when I’m with him (lives 5 min from my house, also same guy who got me into vinyl), so i know a little bit.
We got a couple tickets for him and I. Got a room on Monday. It’s amazing what kind of prices you can get for a room in NOLA on a damn Tuesday! Ha.
Anyways, this is a first for me and sort of a birthday present to myself. I’m looking forward to it and didn’t want to miss it b/c I’m not sure how much longer these dudes are gonna be around. Also, kind of a closet Mayer fan... (have the JM Trio in the rotation)

I have done the same. It's remarkably different and better than the Red.
