Legion of Mary--"vol. 3"--Live--December 14-15, 1973 (Northwest Tour)...ATO Records, 3 CD, 2013.
Legion of Mary was one of Jerry Garcia's side bands with Ron Tutt (from Elvis Pressley's band) on drums, John Kahn on bass, and Martin Fiero on saxophone.
It is a groovy rock/ blues band with soul!!

Godspeed You! Black Emperor--"Yanqui U.X.O."...Constellation Records, (2) 180g LPs, 2002.
If you are familiar with this group and their very different style of music, this album is another installment along the same vein.
...some awesome late night listening music!

Very raw, but good stuff. They made the whole record for like $600, and it went on to sell like 1.9 million copies. The early live show from this issue is nice also.

Well, I finally found some original turntable feet for my Marantz 6300 on ebay. I've had an ebay alert on for over a year probably and rarely see them being sold, and usually it's one foot for $60-80. I jumped on this whole set of 4 for $150. It still seems absurd to me to pay that much for turntable feet, but I'm a cheapo and am happy to have the originals for a lot less than they are going for.
It looks like all the parts are there too. Now all I need is a granite slab?

Finally made my first trip to Euclid this pst weekend! The wife asked me to run her to the city for the day. We have had a rough couple weeks. Holidays, funerals, fricked up shite at work....
Marco, I'll try to get with you one of these days.... I did find out from VPI that the measurement needed for the tonearm/cart is 1.8. Also Need to get in touch with roger, he told me it would be after Christmas before he could do anything, but I want to make sure he didn't forget.
These are what I grabbed while there, was kind of on a time schedule and I got lost just looking through everything. So, I grabbed a few I thought I'd like.

Saw GSYBE at a little club in St. Louis called Mississippi Nights back in 2003. Been a fan ever since.
ETA:
Now spinning Ghost "Meliora"
Imported 180g pressing.
Was gifted some Klipsch RF-15 (?) bookshelf speakers--huge improvement over my old Sonys despite being at the bottom end of the Klipsch lines.
