Ray was just one of those gifts to us. Could have made music in any genre and it would not only been good, but great. Hell, did make great music across an entire range of music.

Mine on reel to reel and I still have it and many more.
Rarely listen to them anymore as I am always scared they will break or tangle as most are 50+ years old.
Also hung onto the old console unit with reel to reel, record player, 8 track, and radio combined in a giant cabinet, something about the hum of the tubes when you turn it on is rewarding to me.
