I am going to the show Friday night, I was just curious if anybody had heard him recently. Somebody told me its getting hard for him to play certain songs because he has torn up his fingers playing so many shows over the years. I am sure it will be a great show just wondering what i should expect. Hopefully he plays alot of his 90's stuff.

I've seen him the last 5 times he played there. You will get the summer tour opener, so his voice should be great. You will get at least one song from the upcoming album. Otherwise, it's usually a good mix of older and newer stuff. The Woodlands is a fantastic venue to see them.

Sounds good! Thanks for the update. I did not know this was the first song on the summer tour, everyone should definatly be fresh and ready to rock.

One more question, is the new saxaphone as good as LaRoi Moore was?

well, Jeff is good, but in a different way. Leroi was smoother, and jazzier, if that makes any sense. Jeff can wail though, especially when he plays two at a time. If they play Lying in the Hands of God, his solo in it is fantastic.
