He didn't cover the Dixie Chicks, he covered the Bruce Robison song "Traveling Soldier"

I don’t have an opinion, but I read some comments saying he should’ve slowed the song down a touch.

I heard it on the radio the other day and didn’t know it was a thing. I thought it sucked. It was way too fast
