I kind of like Leisure Cruise. The opening bass line for their song Getaway sounds like Construction Time Again era Depeche Mode.

Maybe the Futureheads or the frick Buttons. But man, I love FOALS. One of the very best live bands I have seen in recent years. If you like that aggressive kind of sound, try out Metz.
