USACG was recently bought out by MJT Guitars, Mark and Matt Jenny. They painted my tele pictured in this thread. Their work impeccible, they are great people to work with and I'm sure their oversight of USACG will be equal to the MJT experience. Deal with extreme confidence. Reach out to them directly if you are serious about acquiring a lightweight quality alder body.

That's great to hear, their prices look pretty reasonable, and searching through their website, It appears that I can get exactly what I want.
I think I want to do a fixed bridge SSS strat on a semi hollow telly body( maybe with a regular telly PUP at the bridge). I really like my 72 thinline, but it has 2 humbuckers.
I would want the switch and control setup, just like a Nashville Telly.
Maybe add a switch to run the bridge and neck pickup in parallel?

Thanx for the link, but I have actually tried the harness and it didn't help me. I have several little problems that compound each other, and it all goes back to the type of work I use to do. Soon, the problem will go away for a while, and I will be fine for a couple or 3 years, but still, I want to put together a good lightweight guitar that does most everything that I need.

I hadn’t heard that. MJT does great work. I have two strats from them with Musikraft necks. Matt is great to work with.

Just sent them a message on their page.
They have already contacted me back, to discuss what I want.
