AA released their early 2015 tour dates today. I thought they put on a hell of a show in August but hopefully there will be a better crowd this time

Saw them Tuesday night in San Marcos. There were maybe 150 people there.

I've heard "Wolves" and "Man I'm Supposed to Be" but I was an idiot and waited too late to support the kickstarter for the album, I so I haven't heard the full thing yet.

man i'm supposed to be is ok. it's a love ballad type song to his wife. he doesn't write many of those

slow, fast alt country. they are a fun live band. go check them out. the singer is very charismatic. very funny on stage.

In short:
Started out of Raleigh, NC in 2006. Toured their asses off. Recorded the album Burn. Flicker. Die. in 2012 as their farewell album. It was produced by Jason Isbell. That year, the album and the tour were a hit, so they decided to keep going. The whole music thing started to become financially viable.
Last year, theY were the "hardest working band in America" for the amount of tour dates they had. The upcoming album "Wolves" was partially financed by the fans through a kickstarter-like campaign.
Fan support and critical acclaim continues to grow.
