Alexandria Riverfete...Surprisingly awesome little music festival

My band played there yesterday. Surprisingly awesome little music festival. They don't have any huge name draw (Anderson East was the biggest this year) but it's still great. There were probably 100 vendors, dragon boat races and a car show. If you live close you should check it out next time. We even got invited back for the next one.

Who’s your band?
Correct me if I’m wrong but these are the last few years
2018- Anderson East & ZZ Ward
2017- JJ Grey/Mofro & Robert Randolph
2016- The Revivalists & Marc Broussard
2015- St Paul & The Broken Bones
For Alexandria, those are all REALLY good pulls.
Anderson East was badass but the crowd sucked after the rain.

I only got to go to see The Main Squeeze for the Thursday night show this year. They were really good and put on a hell of a show for the crowd being so small. It's hard to draw a crowd on a Thursday night in Alexandria.

They've had some really nice lineups the last few years. I wasn't too exited about the lineup this year though.
