She has an amazing voice and is a very talented gal, but the song does nothing for me...
I think at this point, she could sing the phone book and it would be a #1 hit..

Have never been able to tolerate her voice, which I find forced and grating. That said, my wife likes her music a lot.

Wow. She's not necessarily my type of music, generally speaking, but the woman is incredibly talented and writes some very good pop songs.

Maybe so. But she could probably sing the phone book and it still be better than a lot of the mainstream pop that's out there.
