Your favorite (non-episode 9s) Game of Thrones episodes???

But they have episode 9s from all three seasons rounding out the top 3. As awesome as those were, I was wondering what everyone's favorite episodes were? I just started the books so no spoilers for non readers I guess.
My favorite non-9 episode is number 4 on this list. I loved "And now his watch has ended". I've been rewatching the series again this past week. What are some of your favorites?

I agree with their top 10 episodes.
In terms of episodes that are not episode 9, I'd say for season 3 I enjoyed Kissed by Fire and Now His Watch Has Ended. Winter is Coming was a great pilot episode for the series, and the finale for season 1 was excellent, with the King in the North scene and the birth of Dany's dragons.

Jaime's scene with Brienne in the baths where he explains why he killed Aerys was some of the best acting I've seen on tv. I really enjoyed that episode. Kissed by Fire S3E5.

I'd go with "Kissed by Fire" as my favorite non-Episode 9 episode. Get Jon hooking up with Ygritte, Tywin talking down to his children as if they were worthless, Robb killing Karstark, and my favorite scene in the series so far, Jaime absolutely spilling his guts to Brienne on why he killed Aerys. Best scene in the show so far.

You and I have pretty much identical opinions on this franchise. Those 3 episodes would be my runner-up to Kissed By Fire. Excellent episodes.

Yep. Totally agree with Kissed By Fire as well. And the pilot being as high as it was is right too. I mean it didn't feel choppy or anything, you got an idea of how all the characters are just in that 1 episode. Then when Jamie pushes Bran out the window... Oh shite

bear and the maiden fair is easily the worst episode of the show so far. cant believe martin wrote it.

With the Bear and the Maiden Fair, I was incredibly disappointed that they cut Jaime's dream sequence. That was one of my favorite scenes in the book, and it's really just bullshite that they skipped it. They give Bran dream sequences, why not Jaime?

Agreed 
. I love the Jon Ygritte scene because its one of the few consensual, actual love scenes in GoT but this is from my point of view as a woman . The Jaime Brienne scene was amazing and it's so weird seeing Jaime go from bring the douchebag in season 1 to weakened and then seeing him break down like that and learning what the Mad King wanted to do.

I really wish the dream sequences were in the show besides Bran's.
