Still no official word yet from anyone having to do with the show, but speculation is they had to film a couple of scenes June 11/12 that they postponed because of snow back in Nov.
The other speculative reason seems to be that they want to stay away from the Olympics, which is stupid.
If true, that means a mid-Aug premiere.

Just started yesterday. fricking Rip has some serious loyalty, made it s2 ep1. Beth is on another level. Fun show.

definitely worth the rewatch. I watch every time I see it.Love the scenery and cowboy scenery and language.
The time I caught several things that were different from the original times run.
2 were girl in yak was killed by strangulation. Was transported to stream in car without yak on roof but yak was put into stream with her in it.
Scene with Beth and assistant in office and attack crew came in; one attack included Beth's head going through a glass wall and assistant getting shot dead and the 2nd one every attack happened but assistant did not get shot but beat up.

Apparently there has been a preview commercial out that says it returns "in the fall."
I think it was Deadline had a story that said it will probably return in November, because they want to promo it during NFL on CBS broadcasts.

Rip is a cornerstone of the show. His character helps to move along much of the different story lines through 2 seasons(I haven't seen season 3 yet):
-pretty much steps in for Lee and is John Dutton's hammer
-antagonist for Casey
-keeps the bunkhouse in line
-grounds Beth
-helps with the Jaime story line moving(as pathetic as
that storyline is)
I actually really like the Walker character also because his character plays as the anti-Rip and in a way that challenges Rip's heavy hand and blind loyalty(not sure how Walker plays into season 3).

Started binging this week. Almost through all 3. Larimie is a smoke show. Its no justified but passes time along. No wonder Beth hates Jamie!

Actress that plays Monica is in some trouble. Apparently she lied about being part Cherokee to get that role. She is half white half asian
