per wiki

In the end, he chooses to hold a final debate the day before he is set to recast his ballot. In a written speech, he confesses that he knows little to nothing about politics, or for that matter, life, and decides to ask questions people have sent to him in the mail. The movie ends with Bud casting his vote, though it is never revealed for whom he voted.

Many odd choices in the thread

I am Legend is definitely a solid choice for said topic.

I'll add:
X-Men 3

I had no problem with Rocky Balboa. He gave the champ a run for his money even though he was 170 years old with brain damage.

Freaux

I agree with XMen. Killing off characters that don't die in the source material always pisses me off.

Like killing Gary Sonjei in Along Came a Spider even though he was a main character in another Paterson novel.

I didn't like Xmen3 either but to be fair pretty much every character has been killed off at some point in the source material.

I gotta go with this. What makes the ending worse is that the proper ending would have been really good.

Probably true but the last 20 years of comic books have been insane killing characters off and bringing them back.

Back before I stopped reading comic books they had only killed off a few characters and he had tremendous impact. Back when I actually read Xmen they did not kill off Xavier or Cyclops.

Nowadays they kill someone off and you know it is BS and you know the character will come back no matter how insane the resurrection plot will need to be to bring them back to life.

It was that and the Prof X thing. I literally wanted to punch my screen when that happened.

The Alternative ending to I am Legend was much better.

It showed that the Vamps only wanted to free the female that Smith had captured. The alternative ending was much better than the theatrical release.

This. The entire movie pissed me off because the source material is so often.

Only Vincent Price got it right.

All I remember is hating it.

Didn't the second Star Wars movie have a bad ending?

By "second" do you mean Empire Strikes Back? because you better not be talking shite about Empire, or I will shank you. Empire was the best of all the Star Wars movies, and the ending was part of it -- the bad guys won.

If you are talking about that shite Lucas blew out his arse and called Attack of the Clones... well the whole movie sucked so the ending was obviously pretty shitty.

Carlito's Way. Hands down.

They show you the end at the beginning and its terrible. Otherwise a pretty good flick, but I hated the ending.
