Arnold is one of the biggest movie stars of all time, and the other 2 aren’t close.

That's bullshite.

Back when Ahhnuld was gaying up gold's gym making "pumping iron". Stallone had just finished writing and starring in one of the greatest movies of all time.

Great post. People don't understand what writing Rocky was about. Amazing achievement if you really look at it.

People forget sometimes, Stallone has done some really entertaining movies.

Lords of Flatbush
Rocky
Cop Land
Nighthawks (underrated flick)
Bullet to the Head
Get Carter
Judge Dredd
Demolition Man
Cliffhanger
F.I.S.T.
Paradise Alley

Stallone has much more range as an actor than he gets credit for. People either forget or don't know for instance that he could've had the detective mills role in seven.

I thought brad pitt was pretty meh in that.

And he was young when he did it.

Also, try to imagine for a moment the frickin' governator in the final scene of Rambo.

Two years after that. Ahhnuld gives us this... "I'll be back".

Arnold by far. Stallone would be next. Who cares about wrestlers?

Stallone

Hulk

But Hulk would still matter as a child of the 90s

Stallone. Rocky usually makes the lists as one of the greatest movies of all time. More iconic than the movies Arnold had.
I believe Stallone wrote the script as well.

Stallone had better range as an actor and was in all different types of movies. Arnold did mostly action and struggled more when he stepped out of his comfort zone. However that awkwardness turned movies like twins and kindergarten cop into hits.

Dude, have you heard Arnold talk about how he tricked Sly into taking that role? Its fricking hilarious.

this is awesome.

As far as the OP goes, Arnold would bother me more. Not only because T2 was one of my most watched movies growing up, but I also freaking wore out VHS tapes of Kindergarten Cop and Last Action Hero.

Never liked many Sly movies.

Hogan is an IRL piece of shite and he ruined WCW, so frick him.

ROCKY IS DEAD!

Imagine that headline?

I think Stallone would resonate more in popular culture.

Stallone.

There has never been 2 different long term characters as big as Rocky and Rambo....played by the same actor. Rocky and Rambo story arcs spanned nearly 40 years.

The collective pop cultural importance of those 2 characters and the long term durability of the series outweighs any thing Arnold has done.

Youd be surprised how important Hogan was to children of the 1980s.

Bunch of people are doing a lot of explaining for nothing. The question isn't who had a bigger career, or who did the biggest, or hardest thing. It's who would be a bigger loss for each individual.

Not sure how this will effect me, but I am slowly preparing myself for when The Naitch passes.

I was a huge Arnold fan growing up, that one may sting a little.

90s kids probably hate him for what he did to WCW.
