What??? Agree to disagree, sir. I've watched TNG show a few times with my girlfriend, and Parks and Rec has about 3 or 4 (Tom, Ron, Andy/Bert Macklin, Jean Ralphio) characters better than any character on the New Girl.

I disagree with this. Ron is the best, no argument about that, but after him, I think Schmidt is a better character than anybody else on Parks. After Schmidt though, Parks has New Girl beat easily. Nick is pretty good and I probably like him more than Jean Ralphio, but then Winston and Jess don't compare to anybody Parks has.
For me:
1. Ron
2. Schmidt
3. Tom
4. Andy
5. Nick
6. Jean
7. Everybody else on Parks
15. Jess/Winston
