Really enjoyed SG1, Atlantis and the DVD movies. SGU was terrible until the last few episodes but it was too late to salvage by that point. SGUs lack of success and MGM's financial woes killed an Atlantis movie and the franchise for now.

For me, SG1 ranks up there in sci-fi. Top 5ish for me with B5, DS9, BSG. I like mythology so that helps.

I don't know how much replay value there is. I will undoubtedly rewatch B5, DS9 and BSG in the next couple of years (DS9 may start this weekend). I can't say that I am interested in rewatching SG1 or SG:Atlantis, which I like also. SGU never happened.

I like Atlantis just about as much as SG1 but it took longer to like. Rodney made Atlantis.

It took me a while to start liking Atlantis, but Shepard is the man.

Moreso like me than any other character on the two shows (three counting SGU) combined.
