A few not mentioned yet:

Jonny Quest was a favorite of mine.
Same for George of the Jungle.
Even as a young kid I thought that Speed Racer was really lame.

South Park is the greatest, by a landslide. What other cartoon has been on for +14 years and been consistently good? And don't even think about saying the Simpsons.
