It started 25 years ago with JP3. That pos was just Tea Leoni screaming for 2 hours
I know a lot of people say that the only good movie was the first one but honestly, I enjoyed the first three and yes, JP3 went a little off the rails but to me, it was still enjoyable. I even enjoyed JW1. After that is where I felt like to was bad and the new one is just horrible.
Maybe the first 3 were more enjoyable because more of the original people were involved but I didnt hate any of them. And I didnt hate JW1. Maybe it was even because there was a hot sweaty red head running around

Original and Lost World were good.
The aviary scene in JP3 was excellent and leaned into horror a lot. Also better than anything shot in the JW slop.

I liked the direction of casting big names, but whoever wrote the sailboat family needs to be taken out back.
Even without them, there are so many eye rolling moments from special forces characters that cant do basic things. Instead of introducing them for the sole sake of sacrificial deaths, at least make them go down fighting like in “Reign of Fire” with the dragons. They have poison, explosives, etc but not a single dinosaur is killed when they’re in a bind.

I’ve never seen that short before, it was great. How did they fail so epically on the actual movie?

JP3 failed hardest when the director wanted a 'bigger' bad than T. Rex, and stupidly chose a Spinosaurus.
