You possibly picked the worst show to make your point.
None of these people started this when social media was around to become useless influencers like the kids today with no talent. You either sank or swam by your entertainment and talent on air. All these people would have succeeded in life at something if not for the challenge. 1. Theo Von - 4 seasons of the challenge. 3 wins. The Road Rules helped propel theo into what he is today. One of the biggest podcasters and comedians.
2. Bananas - Makes almost a 6 figure bonus just for showing up to the challenge and going on a free vacation to another country to do the GOAT and oldest and first reality tv show still on today. He's made a million from wins and has hosted a show on NBC like anthony bourdain travel shows plus he owns a gym and many other ventures. He was born for tv and entertainment.
3. CT- Made millions from the challenge wins and also gets a 6 figure type signing bonus each time he goes on the challenge. America's 5th sport. He's another that took his talents outside of the challenge and made a great living for himself. D rated hollywood movies, he won the highest rated reality show the traitors and has been on many other things. 20 challenges
4. Mark Long - the godfather. he's a producer behind the scenes and a wrestler and is probably in the best shape for a 50 year old out there. He was born for the road rules season 1.
5. Kit Hoover - Just got her name retired at University of North Carolina. She's one of the most successful broadcasters and journalists in the country. She was born for tv as you could see on road rules and the challenge. Plus she still hot

7. Jamie Chung - one of the hottest women on the show is now an actress and married to another actor the talented Brian Greenberg.
8. Jordan - He's trying to become a pro race car driver. One of the best athletes on the show and has a hand disability. Millionaire from the show.
9. David Giuntoli- He won The Gauntlet and was the main star of Grimm for six seasons, amongst other shows

He needs to be on the challenge all stars. One could say he helped propel Dave Chappelle into super stardom after he appeared on his show.

Challenge has had a few olympic athletes, pro soccer players, former college athletes. Not an easy show to win.
