We do not have a television. When our car radio is on, it plays either NPR or LifeSongs, or during the Advent, Magic 101.9.

What I gathered from this three hour slog is that Ms. Swift is a wolf in sheep’s clothes, or barely any clothes at all. How a parent could allow a child to listen to her promiscuous, vengeful, hateful, prideful, self-centered lyrics is more evidence of the decline of parental wisdom in our land. At one point in the film, she and her co-stars have illuminated golf clubs that they use to destroy a previous boyfriend’s car. The crowd actually cheered this vandalism. I was taught that all violent acts are reprehensible; it is a shame that others did not receive the same lesson.
First time I’ve actually read one of your post for more than a few seconds and wow. You’re either trolling hard or are older than Joe Biden

Killers of the Flower Moon
People break God’s law to take advantage of man’s law: the overriding theme in this drudging chore of a film is not unique or particularly interesting. Scorsese takes advantage of his own weight in Hollywood to produce a laborious and jejune 200 plus minute retelling of a story that is actually much more interesting than his film is. The trailer and the first few minutes of the film erase any intrigue or surprise. The movie unfolds, if you have seen the trailer, exactly as you expect.
Scorsese clearly has a love of stories about despots who wield and abuse great power. DeNiro’s character may as well be a Western Godfather who dictates through his family who lives and who dies, all in the name of a corrupt business. The dirty work is farmed out to associates and money drives everything.
This movie should have been under two hours. It was neither interesting, well acted, nor had good music. As a lover of period films, when the film opened with a returning World War I uniformed soldier on a train, I dug in, expecting a treat as sweet as an ICEE. But as the minutes turned into hours, I felt like Scorsese was paddling me like he did DiCaprio. You could not pay me $1000 to sit through a second screening of this film. 4/10

So I dutifully ran up and down the stairs, across the aisles, waving my hands and dancing, encouraging as many people as possible to join. Perhaps only half the audience stood for the last song after my entreaties. And we ended on a somewhat positive note. I was sweating and my heart pounding when the credits rolled, which helped burn off some of my record three large popcorn refills and six large Icees. Those Iriish step dance lessons Mother gave me for Christmas 1994 at Michael O’Flaherty’s in the Quarter are still paying dividends today. When I came home tonight, I recreated the sc
I've been enjoying your reviews much more than I did the thread from years ago. But this stuff gets to me. You make yourself out to be this model Christian living the most wholesome life ever and yet you just blatantly lie in your reviews. This did not happen man. Quit lying in your reviews to make them seem exciting, it's a bad look.
