I don't remember the magistrate in the books honestly. I'm sure he was there. He seems to basically be the head honcho that we've seen so far.

Just watched this week's episode. I wish Tara would have OD'd, the quality of the show would have skyrocketed without her on it.
And fwiw I've never seen a TV character use his weenie over his brain more than Jason Stackhouse. Goodness gracious.
Who do yall think took the body of the guy Jessica killed? Or did he turn into a vampire and run away?

Pam or one of her underlings. This is just my opinion.
Also, that was definitely the same vamp that took the file and met up with Tara. That's why they showed you his pants being cut at the bottom and his boots. Not sure if they said his name or not.

Sookie is obviously some sort of immortal, right. So that would indicate that Jason is also the same type. What tare they? Seems like they have the power of (sexual) persuasion.....
