but there are so many other plots & subplots in the books that have barely been addressed or completely abandoned (on the show) that I personally felt were important to the growth of Sookie (and other characters) and allow for the story to progress from book to book (or season to season). I'm not sure how some things are going to be able to be tied back in and will be disappointed if they are not.

I agree with this

I've figured since Season 1 that Alan Ball has a love affair with Steven Moyer/Bill. He just *has* to throw it in there, with Sookie saying "Oh Eric I don't know who I love

He does have a hard-on for Bill. If I understood correctly at Comic Con, Alan Ball flew Stephen Moyer in for the part. Everybody else had to audition, I think. The interesting thing about it is that Alexander Skarsgard is about to be too famous for this show, meanwhile Alan is holding on for dear life to a man whose most famous role was QUILLS!!!!

Pam certainly didn't seem very grateful to Sookie. Let's see, Sookie babysat Eric and hid him from Bill just like she asked, she hooked up with Eric and became his human just like she suggested and then gave him his memory back.

I think Pam was just not sure what was going on and was trying to figure it out. Because it didn't make sense that her maker didn't call for her. I don't think Pam even went and checked up on them after Sookie called her over that first night. So she is unaware of what their relationship has become. But if she didn't know before, she has probably figured it out now that she saw how they were acting around each other. Pam will probably go through the roof if she finds out that Eric confessed his true feelings for Sookie and she took a shite on him.

Why was he in Peru in the book?

I think him and sookie break up and he goes off to Peru. Not sure if he told her why he was going to Peru. Bill is not a very forthcoming person in the books. I have only read the cliffs notes versions of the books...meaning only the Eric or Sookie parts.

What would Pam think if she saw Eric the night he went up to Sookie's room and cuddled up with her so the boogie man wouldn't come and get him or if she heard all the sentimental, mushy crap he's been saying to Sookie?

By the way, Bill totally neglected Jessica when he was with Sookie, I wonder if Eric will become just as negligent towards Pam.

She would say, "Eric, what the hell? You are a badass viking vampire! You don't have emotions! You don't cuddle! You don't say the L word!"

Eric won't ignore Pam now that he has his memory back. He is a good maker and respects her.

From the previews, it appeared that Eric and Bill were willing to let Sookie be part of the collateral damage when they blow up Moongoddess Emporium. If that's the case, you know they mean business.

Eric and Bill are unaware Sookie is even in there. They know Tara is in there and we all are willing to take THAT chance.

A character who should be in PERU by now! correct?

Why was he in Peru in the book? So after Eric (in the book), Bill didn't get with Sookie any more? I never read the book.

I don't see it as the Bill show but he is a major character. I like him in the show but I don't get wrapped up in the relationship stuff either. I like the action stuff better.

The books are retarded romance novels. I read the first four and was like nope

He was in peru making a vampire encyclopedia of all the vamps in the world. Silly

Plus none of the king and queen and russel edgington stuff doesnt happen. The books are from sookies point of view only and ver seriously read like a romance novel. Hell tara is a white girl who runs a dress shop and is at the orgy in book one. Thats pretty much it.

SPOILER

Bill dies in the books

Don't include me in your "we". I'd rather see Pam bite the dust.

Jessica has a nice rack. Not overly large but perky, pretty and pink.

Im done with sookie. Changing my sig pic tomorrow! I'm done with these writers on this show who insist on forcing this sookie/bill shitshow down our throats. Why did they even reveal the whole rattray thing if it didnt matter? Why reveal bill sucking her to near death in alcides truck. Why reveal their entire relationship was based on false pretenses? Why show Eric/Sookie experiencing a blood bond far deeper than Sookie/Bill ever had? I hate Alan Ball.

You need to take a chill pill. Taking this way to seriously. Just kick back and enjoy the ride.

I've actually enjoyed this season a million more times than I did season 3. I'd say this season is equatable to Seasons 1 and 2...White trash Sam family gone, white trash werepanthers gone, baby plotline finally done and over with. I just wish that Tara's character either died or was just in the background from time to time...no point in keeping her in the main storyline. Same with Arlene and Terry...show them at Merlotte's every now and then. I'm not too fond of Lafayette being 'supernatural' but he's a fun character.

Plus there's been lots of shirtless Eric and Alcide this season .

The thing about Jessica (Deborah Ann Woll) is that she's one of those women who absolutely has to have makeup to look hot. I you remember the scenes of her without makeup, like the night Bill turned her, you know what I mean.

Perhaps you can share with me the redeeming values that Pam has. As far as I can tell, the only thing she has going for her is that she is fiercely loyal to Eric. Her list of negatives`are a mile long.

Whoa. She is a character.....in a Television series,

Her best redeeming quality is she makes me laugh. I enjoy the fact that she can be shallow and vain, and a complete bitch yet, at the same time, completely devoted to Eric. It "humanizes" her character in my mind. I suppose I have met certain women in IRL that I view as having similar dispositions.

She makes me laugh, she is attractive and I enjoy her whitty banter... SHE WINS.

Tara.....Not a fan.
