Wait, so Optimus is turned into a downright murderer? Someone who killed someone who wanted to make peace just for the hell of it? Yeah, sounds like the Optimus we grew up with. frick this movie.

That is true.
Bay and Shia said this was the end of the road for them with Transformers so I guess Bay wanted to make sure everyone got killed real good before it was over.
One thing that will always bother me about the whole franchise.
Bumblebee couldn't talk in the first one because his voice box was broken. In the entire time it took Sam to start and finish college, noone could fix it? Not even the hack "Q" autobot gadget guy?

There could still be a 4th movie, but without the guys you mentioned. I heard Spielberg may be in line to the 4th movie if it ever happens.
But as I said a few days ago, the villain would have to be Unicron. He's the only one who would make sense since all the Decepticons are dead.
And yeah, Bumblebee's voice was puzzling, especially since it appeared to be fixed at the end of the first movie.

The question I always had since the 1st one is why can't transformers recognize other transformers when they are objects? For example, in the 1st one Bumblebee never realizes that the little transformer is now a phone in Megan Fox's purse. Shouldn't he be able to sense him or pick on the energon being emitted or something? Instead Bumblebee drives him all over and never realizes it.
