8 years we've waited.

Still mad the Bayverse cheated us out of this as the movies.

(The dinobots exist here because Shockwave, captured Grimlock and the rest and tortured their alt modes into dinosaurs that he was observing on Earth.)

War/Fall of Cybertron were pretty metal.

Yeah, we watched a full playthrough of one of those games. It's awesome.

I have a son as well, but hes younger than 2. I fully hope to have that bonding time, but my era was more ninja turtles, which michael bay also happened to ruin. But there are many others I hope to see with him - raise him old school. 90's Xmen, Gargoyles, Darkwing Duck ect.

That said, if your boy is into Minecraft.... It isnt my thing, except I watch Neebsgaming on Youtube. Its 5 guys in their 40's with older humor, but often is very tasteful. They play 7 Days to Die, Ark and other survival games, but also Minecraft. Do yourself a favor, look them up and check out some of their Minecraft episodes. They are made for the older generation, but with the media of today and its a great mix. It may be something you and your son can bond watching, and both enjoy.

Its worth a shot. Good luck

Bump. Episodes are up; 6 25-ish eps as far as I can tell. Watched the first one, and the dialogue still isn't great (and it's so weird not hearing Peter Cullen's voice come out of Optimus' mouth) but kids and I really enjoyed it.

Spoilers!

I'm on episode 2. Watching it myself before watching it with the boys. So far 1 curse word (Wheel Jack calls Bumble Bee a "pain in his arse"), but otherwise not so bad. Will probably watch them when mommy is not around.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

God knows this will be used in a political way. Ugh

If I was a transformer I’d definitely be a Decepticon. Their viewpoint makes more sense.

Just binge watched this and this series makes the Decepticons way more sympathetic. Considering they were revolting against a caste system and trying to keep the planet alive.
