Its basically a play off of Kitchen Nighmares/Bar Rescue. Tons and tons of akward moments. Its all fake, but still makes me cringe at some of the moments.

It's not all fake. I mean, the help is fake. The people interacting with Nathan are real, which makes the show so funny.

I don't want to live in a world where I can't trust the reality shows I watch : (

what's the premise of this show?

Nathan gives intentionally terrible advice to businesses that piss customers off and puts owners in awkward situations. How he is able to do it all straight face is amazing to me.

It's not all terrible. I thought the taxi one was a pretty good idea.

The lie detector test for giving estimates at a repair shop isn't bad advice.

Picking a conversation topic and then expecting the cabbies to be experts on things like marine life? He had the cab driver pull over and make the customer wait outside for 5 minutes so that he could google quick whale facts

They are intentionally terrible.

That was on the cabbie. He should have read the books.

Most of the advice is just impractical.

holy shite this show is awkward

the awards cemerony at the car wash was hard to watch.

it's almost on the borderline of too awkward, but still good. IWHI the girlfriend from "The Web".

The one that was really hard to watch was the gas station rebate that they had to claim at the top of a mountain 2 hours away

One of my favorite moments was his interaction with the private investigator. The guy was such a d-bag, and he handled him perfectly.

I love his argument with the marketing/pr guy in the poo yogurt episode. That guy gets so pissed at him.
