Ramsay is certainly villainous, probably the most villainous of all the characters. But you have to respect Ramsay in some ways, which is what keeps him off my most hated characters.

I'd call Walder Frey and the Mountain pretty villainous too.

Walder is more just an absolute twat, and the Mountain is just a wild animal. I don't perceive him as human when I read some of the stuff he does.

Agree on both points.
Favorites:
1) Arya Stark.. love her chapters
2) Jon Snow... the key to the entire series IMO
3) Jamie Lannister, his evolution is spectacular.
4) Davos, his arc isn't finished with Rickon
5) Tyrion.. so much left to do.
Bronn and The Hound came close.
Hated:
1) Lysa Aryan... Just sucks.
2) Joffrey.. him too
3) Dany, boring. Will matter, just not yet.
4) Craster.. guy is a freak!!! Hate him.
5) Janos Slynt.. enough said.

Nah, Cersei is a righteous count. And Lysa Arryn is so mentally unstable that she set most of these events in motion.
