Today I learned Hans Zimmer started doing the score for The Simpsons at some point.

Was watching The Simpsons on FXX today. The episode appeared to be a more recent one and while watching the credits it said score by Hans Zimmer. I stopped watching The Simpsons probably 15 years ago so I assume it happened between then and now.

Hand Zimmer has a fairly large group underneath him. I can’t say for sure but it’s probably not him sitting down and watching an episode and doing the score.
I think he sometimes gets credit when his studio umbrella does the work

He for sure did the score for the Simpsons Movie, and if you listen to it, you can tell it was actually him.
