When I was a senior in HS (2002) we hosted the state student council convention and hired him to give a talk. We hung out afterward and I remember him being likable enough. He did say his main gig at the time was being a pet psychologist out in Los Angeles. Glad he's past that now.

He's good friends with Bert Kreischer. Kreischer thinks he's funny. Haven't caught Theo's pod but I listen to Bert's.
