Okay guys....before I type any further this is your last chance to avoid a major, MAJOR spoiler that could potentially happen at the end of Season Three of The Walking Dead. If you don't want to know what happens please do not read on for it may or may not destroy your life. Anyways....HERE'S YOUR FINAL WARNING.....BEWARE.........BEWARE!!!!!!!
<SPOILERS>
Do you think they will kill off Lori this season or do you think they'll wait until season four? She's already pregnant with the baby and we all know what happens to it and her.

season 4 if she gets killed off @ all. There is always a need for a female lead character. I'm more concerned about Daryl being killed off now that Michonne is on the show.

Probably not because the Governor in the show looks like a pussy from what I've seen.

This question was posed last year and, at the time, I thought no way does AMC do it.
After further consideration, I'm changing my opinion. I just can't see the writers saddling themselves with having to write a story of these survivors in this world with a baby. Plus Lori isn't exactly a fan fave so there won't be many tears shed there.
Can you imagine the jaws dropping with the non-book readers if/when this happens?

This is true but Sarah Wayne Callies, the actress who plays Lori, thinks they need to be faithful to the comics when it comes to the fate of characters.

I think it would be the biggest jaw-dropping moment on TV since episode 9 of the first season of Game of Thrones.

I'm wondering who this is on the cover of the next issue.

I think they'll kill her off, but don't think they'll do it the exact same way it was done in the comics with the shotgun blast directly into the baby she is carrying. That could be too much for TV.

I thought she fell on top of the baby after getting shot and that's how it died.

I don't know about that.
Edit: You're right, nevermind.

I think they'd chop Ricks hand off before they kill Lori

I'm pretty sure that Kirkman said Rick will keep his hand in the show. He said that's one of the things he would change in the comic.

I wouldn't. The story, at least in my opinion, is about Rick and his descent into madness. Losing Lori and his newborn baby serves the plot of the overall story better than keeping them alive. Plus losing his hand is an added bonus to the plot as well.

It's also a very expensive special effect to have every episode on a network TV show.

That's a good point, but IMO their spending is only going up on FXs.

Season 4, with the baby in her arms.

What issue are they on? I can't remember where I left off, it was around 98 I believe.

They just released 102. That's the cover for 103, which comes out sometime next month.
Edit: I still can't stop laughing about your av.

There's a set photo of Lori in zombie makeup, so I'm guessing she does but has a different death.
