Twitter is not pleased with Adam's "I hate this country" line.

You have to love people that take every statement anyone makes as completely serious and literal.

Blake's team could form a group and sell a bunch of records.

I said this to my wife last night that their performances together have been some of the best this season. Swon Bros, Danielle, and Holly really harmonize and perform very well together. Adding Amber to the mix last night worked as well.

The others will fall back into obscurity after the show like contestants from previous years.

It was cool to see a past contestant in Blake's band as one of the backup singers. Blake seems like a good dude.

Yea I thought that was cool of him as well. Remember he took Dia Frampton on tour with him also to get her name out there. I think if Holly doesn't make it as a solo artist, I could definitely see her singing background for him or someone else that Blake knows.

Watched the performances and results last night... I agree with a lot of you that it's Danielle's to lose at this point. Michelle is the only real threat and maybe, maybe Amber as a dark horse.

I really liked Amber's "Skyfall" performance, that was the most impressive for me, other than Michelle. Danielle was good as always, but zero risks taken another week. She's good enough to win just singing older country songs but she could dominate if Blake pushed her outside her comfort zone a little. At least in my opinion. If Blake picked out a good Beatles song for her she would blow the field away. Instead it'll probably be Reba or Dolly Parton... more of the same old.

I really enjoy the Swon Brothers, but they aren't going to win. Sasha is good, but hasn't seemed to stand out lately. Maybe she can pull something out of her arse and really impress people next week, but with Shakira coaching her I doubt it.

I don't like Holly, and I think she should have gone home weeks ago. Certainly before Sarah or Judith. I'm with Adam on that one, America sucks.

We could see an all country finale on this show. It might be all country pretty fast.
O RLY? weird how that works huh?

I agree, as of now.

Yesterday, it was:

Judith
Sara
Danielle

Rest
please tell me this is a joke? amber and michelle were by far the best 2 performances of the night and that's not really debatable. sarah was my favorite from the blinds but she was not good. Judith was a train wreck. Danielle was solid and deserved the number 3 slot but was nothing spectacular.

everyone gets their panties in a wad too fricking easily. it is obvious why he said it and how he meant it, if you can't see that it was just a humorous quip because he was possibly going to lose multiple team members then kill yourself.

this tweet did make me chuckle though

I'll never watch again if that ugly skank wins. I hate everything about her.

I don't get that. I think she has been improving and pretty impressive the last couple of weeks.

She was my favorite from the beginning but has really fallen recently.

Amber and Michelle are both better than Danielle. I don't get all the love for Danielle on this board.

I think she is pretty solid for her age. I also think she could gain the most from winning a competition like this.

Yup.

Didn't Adam say something about how she's the most primed to break out in all 4 seasons of the show? It was something like that.

She's also the only one this season to make the iTunes top 10.

You can't be serious. Close your eyes and hear her sing. She sounds like a seasoned vet that's been doing it all her life... she's 16. Her transition onto the next chapter of her career will go seemingless.

Michelle is not better than Danielle. A large part of Michelle's appeal is the fact she is a big time underdog. People love rooting for the underdog. I do have to say, she's grown a lot vocally since the beginning of the show. She actually sounds better when she moves away from the awkward rocker persona.

Blake said it multiple times at the beginning of the season. He also said a she was his retirement plan. People are finally catching on.

Adam did say it... yesterday. Blake said it after the first couple of episodes. He knew he had something special.

I think you mean seamlessly, but I agree. She's a perfect fit in the same mold as a Carrie Underwood or someone like that. She's young, she's cute, and her voice is amazing. She's the total package of what makes someone a star. Even if you don't think she and Blake are taking many chances, you can't say that she doesn't have a great voice. And her stage presence for someone so young and inexperienced is ridiculous.

There was a singer a season or two ago that made it pretty far that Michelle exactly reminds me of. Sort of the lesbian rockerish type chick that fit into the underdog role...can't remember her name though.

Adam and Blake have both said something to the same effect about Danielle. She is so easy to market and sell it's not even funny even if she doesn't win.

Don't want to start a war over this one as I like her performances but does anyone else find Sasha to be a not as impressive Amanda Brown from last season? No chance she wins based on this for me.
