The prosecutors built their whole case on the DNA evidence which the defense effectively took out with Mark Furhman taking the 5th when he was asked if he had planted blood at O.J.'s house.

That was asked outside the presence of the jury.

ETA: but your point still pretty much stands for all intense porpoises.

Thanks for the correction Havoc. Didn't realize this was done outside of the presence of the jury.

Intense porpoises would make an excellent band name

Well it's kind of a moot point thought - the effect was still that he was unable to support the evidence and I believe the jury was informed to some degree of his responses in taking the 5th.

Very good show so far. I've been pleasantly surprised with how well the acting has been. Travolta is very sub-par at times, but all the other characters have been played pretty well. Cuba has done a much better job than I thought he would in the role.

So it's interesting that before the murders OJ was filming a pilot for an A Team like show where he had knife training.

The opinions on the various performances seem to vary greatly.

I am hooked on this show and reliving the experience from my childhood. I watched the episode rerun of the Ford bronco chase last night and was thoroughly entertained.

Just the irony when Rob Kardashian told the kids "being famous is hollow" at the being of ep 3

Pretty low hanging fruit, which is the biggest problem I have with the show

I've got no issue with it. They were involved through their parents, it would be weird not to mention it.

Anyway, I was 5 when all this went down but can still remember watching the child with my grandfather. I do have a question about the characters. Who was the black guy that lives in the hood that was getting crowned by the other guys during the chase. His dad told him to "stay out of this one". Theo from The Cosby Show is playing the character

Theyve been mentioned. A billion times already. They are beating the shite out of that horse. It's not that big of an aspect of the story. They've gotten more screen time than Johnny Coachran so far

I wonder how many times the Kardashians will be referenced tonight.
