Yeah I got that but I thought he can go in and out of the speed force at will.
So I see x-over is next week and it has to do with aliens. I assume this will be tied to Martian Manhunter who I think is part of Supergirl.
From my limited comics knowledge, I always remember him being a pretty interesting character.

I haven't seen any shots of MM crossing over to Earth Arrow. I think Supergirl may be the only person from her Earth making the trip.

Just watched, I think we all knew who Alchemy was from the jump. And I hate that we're back to weak arse Cisco. Do we know what's happening on the Flash end of the crossover?

so Alchemy is the guy working with Barry in csi? I thought they might hint at that and make it turn out to be this new gay arse HR.

Yes. The HR thing is confusing bc apparently he is not a super genius like Earth 1 and 2 wells but some kind of way he figured out the test they sent out to find him in through out all the earths.

i guess i didn't get that because he found the alchemy garb in his locker that it meant HE was alchemy.. so, he is alchemy but doesn't know it?

He's a savant. He wasn't lying when he said that he was more of a "big picture" guy and not an actual scientist. The discussion that he had with Joe about Joe's gut instinct was his way of saying that the two were a lot alike in that regard. They both rely on their instincts.

His business partner handles the science. He says he figured it out for him.

In the comics, Dr. Alchemy is Albert Desmond, who started out as a criminal but reformed fairly quickly. He becomes one of Barry's best friends but he continuously gets hypnotized or mysteriously drawn into becoming Dr. Alchemy or Mr. Element again and again.
So it's within the character's borders to be a super-villain without even knowing it.

I feel played by CW. They sucked me in with the promise of a Flash crossover but it the end it was just a normal episode. Flash and Cisco just showed up at the last min after the normal show plot was over to ask for Supergirl's help.

Since in the comics the Daxamites are one of the races allied with the Dominators, I think this might come back later in the season.

While she didn't need to be a villain, They had a very golden opportunity to turn her into an antihero as Killer Frost. I love the light and airy tone of the Flash but it needs some shaking up and every now and then and for one of them to fall from grace as one of the most noble people there is.
She could've been to flash what red hood is to Batman.
But no, they completely resolved it in just one episode with power bracelets and all like her almost fall never happened and there being no lingering tensions whatsoever.

Skipping them all this week. I do not watch Supergirl and I figured the crossover plot would not be associated with the season long plots.

Nah I think the other three will be tied together. The past Arrow/Flash crossovers have been so I don't think this will be any different. Legends already shares common faces with Flash and arrow so I assume that episode will advance the main plot of all 3 shows.
Supergirl just has a much different feel then the other shows.
